If you are still not satisfied

Please contact the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) which is an independent arbitrator set up by the Australian Government to resolve superannuation member complaints. You can lodge your complaint to SCT free of charge if you are dissatisfied with ADF Super’s response or ADF Super cannot resolve your situation within 90 days.
